xmega.Dip - Breakout-Board with XMEGA AVR A4U Processor

xmega.Dip is a Breakout Board for the Atmel AVR XMEGA A4U Microcontroller with simple access to all processor-pins. It fits on standard-breadboards without any problems, has obvious labels for every soldpad and is ideally qualified for fast prototyping.

Atmel xmega A4U

The Atmel xmega A4U processor stands up with less power consumption und realtime-property, offering various periphery and high computing power (32 MIPS).

Adjust the voltage supply from 3.3V down to 1.8V for some more power saving

C-Programming in an easy way

The xmega A4U-Microcontroller is supported by Atmel Studio 6, providing the Atmel Software Framework (ASF) with driver for periphery devices like Clock, Timer and USB. On-Chip debugging is possible with the low-cost debugging-board "ACR Dragon" (about 50€) for instance.

 

Resetswitch and LED

The Resetswitch set the USB-bootloader in programming-mode. For customized programmed a LED status display is intended.
