The PiCam module is the mechanical solution to connect a 15-pin camera and the Raspberry Pi compute module 4. This board offers the ideal connection to a compact mechanical design. Content of delivery is the PiCam module and the Raspberry compute module 4.

The PiCam comes with a Raspberrry compute module 4 preinstalled. The camera module (not included) is to be connected to the PiCam module via FFC/FPC ribbon cable. Reverse polarity must be avoided as a matter of urgency. If required, the camera module can also be mounted directly on the PiCam module, which achieves maximum compactness. The existing mounting holes cover a variety of Raspberry camera modules. Any 15-pin camera should be connectable. In addition, the PiCam module can generally also be used for programming of the Raspberry cm4.
